By using throughtheweekschool.org (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site is operated by Through-the-Week School, a ministry of Myers Park Baptist Church, located at 1900 Queens Road, Charlotte, NC 28207. The Site provides information about our programs and lets families submit applications, contact the school, and access parent and staff resources.
Applications and fees
- Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee admission. Enrollment is subject to space availability and school review.
- Application fees are due at the time of submission and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by the school.
- Tuition, activity fees, and refund terms for enrolled families are governed by the enrollment agreement you receive at acceptance, which controls in the event of any conflict with the Site.
- Information you submit must be accurate. Providing false information may result in withdrawal of an application or of enrollment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation.
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Site, our systems, or the accounts of other users.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Scrape, harvest, or copy content in bulk without our permission.
- Share the Parents-page passcode, Teacher Portal links, or Admin credentials with anyone outside the intended audience.
Intellectual property
The Site's text, photos, graphics, logos, and design are the property of Through-the-Week School or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, our giving page or social media pages). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. Program details, calendar dates, tuition amounts, and staff listings may change; the school's official communications control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Through-the-Week School and Myers Park Baptist Church are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
